What we collect
When you submit the free-analysis or partner-referral forms, we collect what you type in: name, company, email, phone, property address, asset/property type, purchase price and improvement costs, relevant dates, an optional listing link, and any message you add. That submission is sent directly to a private Google Sheet we use to track requests, and triggers an email notification to our team so we can follow up.
If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects whatever you enter on their scheduling page directly — see Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle it.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic to this site — pages viewed, general location and device type, and how visitors found us. GA4 uses cookies and similar technology and may collect data on Google's servers; see Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
The savings calculator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter there are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you separately submit the contact form.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your request — reviewing your property details, preparing a free feasibility estimate, and following up by phone or email. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond servicing your request and our own internal record-keeping.
Who we share it with
Your form submission is stored in our internal Google Sheet and sent to our team's email addresses — it is not shared with unaffiliated third parties. Scheduling data goes to Calendly; analytics data goes to Google. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can decline to submit a form and simply email or call us instead. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time, which limits GA4's ability to recognize repeat visits. To ask what we have on file for you, or to request it be deleted from our sheet, email info@precision-costseg.com.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site (restricted access to the underlying Google Sheet, no plaintext storage of anything beyond what you typed into the form). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Scope
We serve clients across the United States. This policy is written for a US audience and does not separately address GDPR or other non-US frameworks. If you're contacting us from outside the US, be aware your information will be processed in the US.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
